Construction Document ReadingAlso known as blueprint reading, this is a 30 hour course designed to provide you with the essential skills to understand a COMPLETE set of drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil) through the basics of lines, symbols & abbreviations. Construction Law
This 2 day workshop is designed for construction owners, managers, estimators and supervisors to develop an understanding of contract law as it relates to construction. Learners will build practical skills and learn how to effectively and proactively deal with conflict situations and avoid litigation. Estimating 7 - Material Takeoff
Estimating 7 - Thermal & Moisture Protection is a hands on, 12 hour course, designed exclusive to Division 7 for material takeoff and organized in CSI MasterFormat. Estimating Material Takeoff
This estimating course was designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepare more accurate & successful cost estimates and schedules for construction projects. It specializes in quantity material take-off required in excavation, site services, structural, interior and exterior finishes. Estimating Sitework
This two-day course is designed for new estimators, experienced estimators who have never been exposed to formal training, and other construction professionals who want to better understand the methods by which sitework construction cost estimates are developed.
